Lead Foil Tape with Acrylic Adhesive

Description:
LF-5A is a 5 mil thick, 100% pure lead foil coated with a removable, acrylic adhesive system. This tape exhibits good tack and bond strength, and is resistant to heat and solvents, yet removes cleanly under most conditions. The lead base is highly malleable for easy masking of the most intricate patterns. Tape is wound up on an 80# polycoated densified natural kraft paper release liner.
Typical Applications:
* Primarily used for protective masking during all types of electroplating.
* Used for decorative leaded windows
* In radiation x-ray shielding
